Re What Mazi suggests - it is very possible as its 2 females & 1 male which would be the correct godparents for a female so this deserves some thought - my only doubt is that you don't very often have the parents as godparents as well but its possible that it happened in this case

Thanks for your comments. Mazi did later suggest that the 3 people were the 'presenters' rather than godparents. but it's one of those cases where we can never know exactly.
