The marriage license allegation says William is of the parish of St Andrew’s Holborn.
As does the marriage certificate.

yes, but disregarding that because he was living in Enfield (apart from maybe travelling to falsify a declaration)
Why did two Enfieldians marry in London?

He might have moved to Holborn after the death of Caroline, and then back after the marriage to Rhoda.

But he's never married in Enfield, has he?  Added to that, he has also changed occupations from Licensed Victualler to Florist between 1851 and 1859.

I might never know the answer to that.  But as a nurseryman it is unlikely that it was very permanent.

Agreed but as I said previously his 1st two wives were probably from outside of Enfield.
