On Mary Jnr marriage Certificate her husband was 21 and a line is through where her age should be so probably under 21.

Hi Kathleen,

I have just joined this site (this is my first post) and I think we may be related!! Your George Sweeney is my GtGtGrandfather. His daughter Martha is my GtGrandmother. I have a copy of her baptismal certificate showing her parents as George Sweeney and Mary McMurray. She was baptised on 28th May 1865 at St Lawrence's, Greenock. She went on to have a daughter - Mary Ellen (my Grandmother) in 1890.
I noticed your post of 13th July refers to the surname Campbell. Mary Ellen's birth certificate shows the informant was "Annie Campbell, cousin".
Hope this is usefull information.
