Hi Mike
It’s lovely to hear from someone who is related down this line, I have a tree on ancestry that you are welcome to view, I also have a picture of Agnes Sweeney my Gt Grandmother, what a woman, and lots of stories of her and her mother, George’s wife.  Did Martha stay in Greenock?

Hi Kathleen,

I'd love to see your tree and the picture of Agnes. Martha was born in Greenock but died in Glasgow (I have a copy of the death certificate) but not sure when/why she moved to Glasgow. Her daughter (my grandmother) was the oldest of 7, born in Greenock in 1890 and was married in Glasgow in 1912.

Would love to hear the stories - and learn more about George & Mary. By my reckoning we are Third Cousins as we share GreatGreatGrandparents!

Mike
