Frederick J. Cowan.
« on: Friday 04 October 19 17:18 BST (UK) »
Seeking any information on Frederick J. Cowan, born in Tipton, Staffs. in 1855. It is believed he moved to the IOM and worked as a grocer's agent in Onchan. (i'm guessing that this would be around 1875 onwards)

Thank you all for your replies which I think clear up my confusion between Frederick and Felix, who may well have been cousins. I will investigate further when time allows.
