I'm on the wrong laptop currently to help you but from a glance (I can't zoom in very well on the chromebook) it doesn't look too difficult to read.  If you haven't had help by the morning,*  I'd be happy to have a bash at filling some of the gaps for you.

Regards
GS

*That's an up-over 'by the morning' I hasten to add!   ;D

soon as conveniently may be after my decease

Sorry, but you have not made this one easy for anybody to help Bronwen.
The writing is not difficult in itself.
Image 1 pixalates as soon as you zoom in to read it. You need to crop all the excess 'white paper' from around the text, and then get an image as near to 500kbs as possible - this one is about 220 kbs.
Image 2 is a little better, but still not clear when zoomed in, but where does that start with your transcript? There is nothing on your transcript to hint at where this starts. And your transcript includes Page 3 which you haven't posted yet, so that makes it even more jumbled!
Without reading the whole thing trying to pick out words it's impossible (or at least too time consuming for those trying to help), to find the bits.

You have also missed lines out in your transcript and just written the lines in which you have problem words - but your transcript looks as if one line follows the next, which again complicates trying to give any help.
If you are missing out lines, you should leave a gap in your transcript.
And if you're going to be just looking for odd words, it's helpful to number the lines as you go, then it's clear where the missing words might be.

I see you have written 'Logacies' a couple of times in your transcript, this is Legacies.
