O'Briens in Limerick
« on: Sunday 06 October 19 14:09 BST (UK) »
Good afternoon everyone.

I'm trying to find the paternal ancestry of a relative, John Michael O'Brien, born 17th November 1934 in Tralee, Kerry, Ireland (he died in 1985).  John's parents were James O'Brien and Christina O'Shea, married 10th February 1934 in St. Joseph`s R.C. Church, Limerick City, County Limerick, Ireland and James father was another John O'Brien.

It is such a common name, I'm hoping someone might be able to help going back over please.

Have a good afternoon!

No problem....have you any other names that might identify family in Census?

Despairingly, this is literally where I am starting from!  So no other information - apologies.

I have looked on the census and THINK I might have an possible but won't post if ok, as I'm confused by the common name etc and how the location borders two, if not three counties.
