Baptism of Seth Edwards In Middlesbrough in 1876

Looking for the baptism record of the above, can anyone help with a lookup ?    Thanks, Terry King.

Can't find a baptism in online sources - his birth entry on GRO index shows his full name as Seth Edward Edwards, mmn Thomas, Mar.qtr.1876 Middlesbrough.

1881 Linthorpe, Yorkshire Census shows his parents as David and Eliza.

Annette,  Thanks for the info, although I cannot find a David Edwards married to an Eliza Thomas, only Eliza Davies.

It would help us if you gave the details

1891 census states David and Eliza are both born Wales - David aged 43 and Eliza aged 48 ..so did they marry in WALES ?
IF Seth is the first born there is this - 11th June 1875 in Corwen - David Edwards to Elizabeth Catherine Jones - shot in the dark

There is also the possibility that Eliza had been married previously to someone named Davies. That could account for the difference between the names THOMAS and DAVIES.

Glenclare - Please provide details of the 1871 census as I could not find it, mainly due to there being so many Eliza Davies.
 
Garstonite - ref 1891 census. this does not show all the children, the 1881 census shows Seth and David J plus Catherine, born 1866 in Wales and Lilia born 1871 in West Hartlepool.
So must have married in Wales sometime before 1886.
Don't think the Jones marriage fits anything at the moment.
 
Jeeber - The second marriage is a possibility, I will check that out.

I followed one of David and Eliza's children, Lilia.

She appears in this household

She is listed as niece and is actually the niece of Miriam (mistranscribed) Robertson formerly Freeman nee Thomas

Then I followed Miriam back through the census until
1851 Wales census

Sarah Thomas 38
John Thomas 12

Elizabeth Thomas 7
Miriam Thomas 5
Seth Thomas 3  (interesting name)
HO107/2448/718 p 10

So Elizabeth Thomas born Bedwellty 1844
Following her forward with that info

Elizabeth still at home, age 17, with widowed mother Sarah

1871 England census RG10/4926/37 p 12
Witton Park, Durham
Elizabeth Edwards age 27 b Merthyr-Tydfil Glamorgan Wales

David Edwards 24
Elizabeth Edwards 27
Marine Edwards 4 - actually badly written and transcribed Catherine, born Wales
John Edwards 5/12 born witton park (dies shortly after)
