Thomas Brockbridge

Hi

I've found reference to a Thomas Brockbridge who is mentioned in the Pauper Settlement, Vagrancy and Bastardy exams for 17th July 1788 for St Botolph Aldgate Parish.  This name appears in my tree, although I'm not sure if he's the same person.  Does this suggest that Thomas was a vagrant who had appealed to the parish for benefit?  Many thanks for any help.

There are a few documents on FindMyPast regarding a Thomas Brockbridge in that area in 1788 relating to his apprenticeship to James Hawkins a Carver.  Also a marriage to Ann Hill in the same year

Durham Chronicle 24 January 1824 mentions a Bankruptcy of a Thomas Brockbridge of Knights Court, Green Walk Surrey occ Bedstead Carver.  Possibly the same person
