Anne Marie Dowling (Downing)

I am struggling to find information on this lady born I believe in 1860 in West Bromich or Manchester. There seems to be versions of her maiden name, either Dowling or Downing. I think she married James Bedford around 1878. There appears to be lots of children from this union! Would like to confirm her birth record & death record. Or info on her parents. As always grateful for any assistance.

There is a tree on Familysearch for her giving her birth as 29 sept 1856 in West Bromwich. 1871 census living with mother Elizabeth 52 & 7 siblings.

If so 1881 says born Brettle Lane Staffs and 1891 has West Brom. 

1901 says Brettle Lane and not found one with Manchester yet.
