It could be two lines of one of your parents. When did her family go to Canada? Are any of the other matches from Canada/USA?  How old were your father and aunt - were they the same generation as the main match?

I think it means working over and over through the records - even re-doing the trees.  It took me ages to find a great grandfather but I found him via going over and over the trees on a particular group of DNA matches.

Sorry some typos - have corrected  :-[

Would it be possible for you to send me links to your tree and hers via a PM?  I could  have a look to see if I can spot something.

2nd cousin matches are when share 2 great grandparents

If this is a connection to your half sibling relationships will be a bit  skewed could it  be half neice at that level .

Or could it be related to one of your grandparents ....my mother has similar DNA match 336cm  to someone who is actually her half cousin ...her mother was adopted
I connect 192cm to him he is my age because a late child of his father's second marriage ....

Have you looked at more distant links to both your paternal grandparents surnames ?

Good luck working it out .

I've been investigating for a couple of days. Kerry has given me access to her DNA and the  trees.  I've found a possible NPE. It's not straightforward as the match's tree is not wholly correct.

The match died early this year.
