I.m trying to sort out connection to NOTKIN family

There is a 1911 marriage of Tobias NOTKIN to Tillie STRAUS b 1870 latvia

She is with children Sylvia + Nathan Natkin in 1930 as married  not widowed

 a few trees have her as wife of Thomas NOTKIN b1870 Latvia son of Shlom eliezer Notkin but
This man seems to be married to Sarah
1 tree says Sarah Lifetsky

Can anyone help with a second pair of eyes . hypothesis on my tree thought it was.a second marriage for Thomas NOTKIN
But
 If Tobias is a separate person how does he fit in ?
Toby seems to occur as a name for grandson of Tillie STRAUS NOTKIN

I have Dna links to a few people with name NOTKIN or Natkin

Thomas s mother is cited as Chana Reize FELL (Anna )died Latvia 1911

Another has his wife as Sarah FELL
But I can't find records and names vary between latvia Russia+ Usa

I'm looking at census and natural izations

Looks like Thomas * arrived 1903 and Sarah NOTKINS +  children Goodman Morris.Abe + Lily arrived in uSA in 1907

not finding immigration records to confirm.was looking at wrong years

I can conclude that it is same family as an obituary for Tillie STRAUS NOTKIN has children from first wife Sarah listed too

Sarah is a puzzle I now have a 3rd possible maiden name for her from a Jewish gen document
Says Hebrew name is Rivka

The trees with DNA matches only have   Notkins with different first names,

We're cousins thru Louis Fell Morris father and Anna FELL Tetra s mother

Will look into that also interesting to see alternative spellings of Nitkin NOTKIN Nautkin

I don't know if Tewel is the same brother as Thomas 3 year age difference but could be rounded up

There was a note that said he'd only been in Liverpool 5 Weeks
 
If he was joining Max/Morris FELL + sister Yetta he didn't stay with them long as not on the 1910 New Jersey census .

I got quite excited to find the same couple in 1920 transcribed as Fellman ..which would be a clearer link to my ancestors but the original showed Fellman with man crossed out .

daughter named Minnie (Myrna) ties in with  her grandmother's name.
