Saltley reformatory for boys 1891

The David S Thompson in the 1881 census you refer to is my Grandfather.  He's also in the 1891 census. He would have been out of the reformatory by 1890.

I've had a reply to my request and have discovered David Thompson was not at this reformatory,  so the search continues......
