Mibbeck Riley
« on: Friday 18 October 19 16:21 BST (UK) »
Hi. Has anyone heard of this name? He is listed with this name on the UK 1841 census. His mother Ann Riley had come from Kerry, I think and may have had the maiden name Gladden.
I get the feeling, as I can’t see any evidence that this name exists anywhere else, that it was transcribed incorrectly and may be another name entirely. What might it have been?
Many thanks

We have now located the family on the 1851 census and it appears that the child is called Michael
