Fanny Florence Baxter burial
« on: Friday 18 October 19 21:03 BST (UK) »
Fanny Florence Baxter was born 6 March 1876 in Rolleston, Derbyshire, to George and Louisa Baxter, married Edwin John Taylor 21 Aug 1902, died April-Jun 1953 in Prescott, Lancs. I believe her husband had died in Brynford, North Wales in 1952. I cannot find where either are buried, anybody able to help, please?

These are all the areas within the Prescot RD.  Any burial would depend on exactly where she died

Her death cert will give her full death date and place of death.  PDF copies are available for £7 for that date

It is only a thought - did Fanny move to Upton - across the Mersey from Liverpool  with her mum and dad ? she married in Liverpool - could her mum and dad be buried in Upton area - thus Fanny is in with them ??

Marriage: 21 Aug 1902 St Catherine Abercromby Square, Liverpool, Lancashire, England
Edwin John Taylor - 27, Butler, Bachelor, Palace Norwich
Fanny Florence Baxter - 26, Spinster, Upton Cheshire
    Groom's Father: Edwin Taylor, deceased
    Bride's Father: George Baxter, Coachman
Witness: Arthur Warner Baxter; George Baxter
Married by Banns by: Maurice F. Bell
    Register: Marriages 1900

Holy Ascension Churchyard in Upton might be a possible ?

Thanks for the ideas. She wasn't living with her parents at the time of her marriage, she was in service, and moved around a lot. The 'Upton' referred to in the marriage certificate is in Chester, not in the Wirral. A few years after her marriage to Edwin they moved initially to Dorset (I have family postcards from Shillingston in 1908) then back to Lancashire (Wesham and Singleton 1910), where Edwin was a Butler. They stayed with her parents for a while, they were with them in Stoneycroft, Liverpool in the 1911 census, then they were in Lark Lane, in Sefton area in the 1939 register. Her parents are buried in the family grave in St Mary's in Knowsley, can't find any record of her or Edwin there. I believe Edwin died in Brynford in North Wales in 1952, but no sign of a grave there in any records I can find. Thank you again for your kind help.
