Help with Chelsea Pension Record. Look up please.

Hi,
After a look up please.
I have tried to get into the Pension Record for Lance Sgt John Lowe born 1864 Belfast, Antrim, Northern Ireland on Ancestry. He was with the Royal Irish Regiment. Discharged 18 June 1918. It takes me to Fold 3 which I cant gain access to. Message me please if you can get it. Thank you :)
Whittaker (originally from Newchurch, Rossendale then Manchester) and Seel (Manchester).

There is a facebook group '18th (Royal Irish) Regiment 1684 to 1922 History Group'. They may be able to help

Thank you. I've managed to find who I was looking for but lll definitely take a look.
