The Ayr address looks good Annie as Isabella Lyle MacCallum lists her address as Ayr on the
Uk Nursing Registers she is a nurse at the City Hospital Seacroft Leeds ..
Just need to wait on Suzy getting back to see if it's the same person

Sorry for the delay getting back...time Zone difference. 
Yes Rosie you have the correct lady , oh thank you so much, what great detective work. I had been searching with little success with the McCallum family.
I was meant to put place of birth, sorry for that.
So Bella didn't marry, nor go to Canada, but Australia as a nurse?  So now Australian records for her burial etc.
Her middle name was "Lyall" after my gg grandfather, however the spelling, over time, must of had different versions, depends on who wrote it at the time.
