What is the process for getting a copy of a will from the HIVE?

Found a reference in FindMyPast to a Will for John Fellows of Dudley who died in 1799. Per the reference, the Will is at the Hive. Does anyone know the process for getting a copy? I reviewed their webpage a few times and do not see anything regarding the wills.
