It's from a Court Leet and view of frankpledge with Court Baron, again related to the deacon and Cathedral Church of Carlisle.  The Court was held at Wetherell on 12 May 1712.

A rough translation:

To this Court came John Graham as son and heir of William Graham

deceased And did take hold of the Lord of the aforesaid Manor one messuage and

Tenement situate lying & being at Wetherell under (or on the south side of)

the aforesaid Manor [for?]  the Annual Rent of ten shillings & eightpence

To Have and To Hold the aforesaid premisses with the appurtenances to the said John his Heirs

& Assigns according to the custom of the aforesaid Manor rendering

thenceforth an Annual payment rendered yearly at the accustomed feasts

& making all [?] services thence formerly due

and of right accustomed And he did pay for a fine as in Chief and

did make fealty & thus was admitted as tenant
