I believe he was born in Hampshire, England.

The post in Herts was a mistake - hence me posting promptly in the Hampshire site straight after. I have a copy 1939 regigester with the DOB on it. I am researching my new property and I believe John Heath was the first owner.

Struggling to understand what leads you to believe that he was born in Hampshire - is there something else you know but have not posted?

And how do you know that these two are brothers unless you have some clue that connects them.  Do you know their parents' names?

And lastly (sorry, questions, questions  ) what information are you seeking?

A free search of 1939 gives a Henry F Heath with that birthdate in Warwickshire.
