The attached picture shows my uncle, Henry Thomas HOUGHTON aka Harry and aka Bunty in Officer Cadet training (front row, 3rd from left)

But where is the picture taken, some suggest Culty Braggan Camp or possibly even somewhere in Barmouth, Wales.
Can any help pin this picture down for me please ?
and do you know when it may have been taken?
