Researching the life of John Richard Strong and his syblings
« on: Sunday 10 November 19 09:30 GMT (UK) »
I know that John  R Strong was born 1909  because I have his birth certificate. His mothers birth certificate also from BMD. How do I find syblings of a family?

Another good place would be the 1st available census after his birth to see if are any showing.  Also if is UK census it should show number of children for his mother.

Is your John, John Richard Strong born Q2 Edmonton 3a501? It helps if you give the mothers maiden name as well. You can use freebmd to search for bites using surname and mothers maiden name. This will give results after 1911. To find any siblings before that date you can search for free on the GRO registration site.

Family Search have free transcriptions for the 1911 census (you need to sign up for a free account)

This looks like it could well be the family in 1911
