Lilian Noreen Jaggers

I am looking for details of Lilian Noreen Jaggers born 1916 West Ham.I believe she had a son Victor but I cannot find a birth for him. Cannot find Lilian on 1939 register either.I believe she married William Gosling in 1946. Any more details would be most helpful

There is a death for a William Victor Jaggers in 1978 born 10th Dec 1937 and a marriage for a Victor W Jaggers in Ipswich in 1960.
That said, I can t find a birth for him or his mother and him in 1939.
Lilians mmn was Turney, can t see a Turney/Jaggers marriage either. Wonder if they were from Ireland.
