In view of her parentage mentioned in the postem could she have been 'adopted' and not gone to Canada with the rest of the family.
She married William C(laude) Gosling in 1946, he died in 1961 - she was mentioned on probate index as widow.
In 1966 she married Cyril E Pyett and she died in 1995 as Lilian N Pyett
