depends on the dates - for civil births, marriages and deaths for all Ireland up to 1921 see IrishGenealogy (for most dates, allowing for privacy cut-off for births)

sorry dont know re. electoral register ... I would suggest PRONI would be the best place to start, might be an idea to try directories also, especially is it's a city or large town you are researching

1901 and 1911 census for all Ireland are on the National Archives of Ireland website, also includes some of the fragments surviving for the earlier census.
