Have you found any baptisms for siblings of Isaac that would take you back to a 1753 marriage

Boyds Marriage Index has the marriage in Lavenham as Rober Elsden and Tomsin Blanden whilst familysearch has it as Robert nad Tameser Blandon 16 September 1753.

Checking the baptisms on FindMyPast there are several children baptised in Chedburgh to a Robert Elsden and wife Tamar (plus various other spellings) so you really need to see what is actually written in the Parish Registers to be certain. I can't see any images on line at present.
