Does anyone know where this Parish is in Worcestershire

I have a copy of banns for a marriage in Bicester Oxfordshire in July 1794

As stated it is a copy and was transcribed as follows  "John Hobbs sojourner in this parish and Mary Robbins of the Parish of Inham in the county of Worcester." 

I can not find a record of the Parish of Inham and where it was located and I was hoping it would be a lead as to where she was born if I knew what area in the county it consisted of.

As to John the sojourner, I doubt I will ever find him and I was also wondering why would they put what Parish she was from and put he was a sojourner.

Not that it helps but the banns says Inkom.  Other records have it as Incombe, Gloucestershire

There is an Icomb in Gloucestershire

Ancestry has the marriage image, it apparently took place in Incomb /Icomb, Gloucestershire

When you look at the full copied transcription it shows what I indicated above and
Mary Robbins.  When you look at the record it says John was a sojourner and Mary was of Inkom.

The bann dates between the two parishes are not the same but the same month.  The marriage document  you found indicated he was from Bicester and not a sojourner like the Bicester records says and the date of the marriage is 1 day difference.

I am inclined to think the record you located is the right one.

It is most puzzling and I would appreciate your comments.   The Hobbs have been the most difficult family to trace and they are my wifes direct line on her paternal side.

Ancestry has the image of the marriage in Gloucestershire the date on that would be correct

Their transcripts are misleading as they have transcribed the banns which were called at Incomb on 13th, 20th, 27th as being the marriage and saying it took place on the 27th.  It was the last calling of the banns on 27th and the marriage on 28th.

The Incomb banns would only mention the other parish that the banns were being called at.  He only needed to be resident there for the period prior to the marriage

The banns were called at Bicester on the same dates as those called at Incomb/Icomb

Birlingham, Feckenham, Offenham as I doddnt know if the one you are searching for may be a shortened name of either of these
