John Evans and interesting family names

I am trying to find more information on some of my ancestors who left Dorset and arrived in Bristol. Also when they left Bristol.
 1861 John Evasn & Family are in Chardstock, Dorset, 1871 showing John Evans at Whites Hill Bristol. I know that one of the children (Hardicanute) married in Feb.1868 at St. Judes. A daughter Helah marries in 1872 at St. Judes. By 1881 John & Helah are in Cardiff. Can anyone help with the years in between with electorial rolls.?

Somewhere between 1861 & 1871 Hazelelponi and Huramlomi have disappeared I can find no death or marriage.
Hannah Amelia I cannot find after 1871 but this maybe due to marriage and a change of name. Numerous other children I have found.

The 1871 census shows the family at Whiteshill, Gloucestershire.
Whiteshill is a Cotswold village between Stroud and Gloucester - so not in Bristol.

John will only appear in Electoral Rolls if he was eligible to vote?
His wife and children wouldn't appear, as they wouldn't have been eligible.

I thought Whiteshill was an area near Bristol not far from Oldland common. Now why did I think that? It is a long time since I tried to get more info on the missing bits so I must be confused and I will change my info accordingly.

The Anna is actually Hannah Amelia and I cannot locate her after 1871 nor the other two (Hazelelponi & Huramlomi after 1861) I have tried for abt 18yrs. With names like this one would think there is some clue. It maybe they have changed there names, another member of the family did.
If you have any more suggestions I would be grateful.

Having looked at my notes again this is where I think I quoted from originally. I cannot check census as I do not belong to any sites

“The south Gloucestershire parish of St George was in the eastern part of the out-parish of St. Philip & Jacob, Bristol until 1751, when the ecclesiastical parish was created. The civil parish formed in 1784, comprised of what are now the east Bristol suburbs of Crews Hole, Crofts End, Greenbank, Lower Easton, Moorfields, Redfield, St George, Speedwell, Two Mile Hill, Whitehall, and White’s Hill. It bounded on the north by the parish of Stapleton, on the east by the former chapelries/tithings of Oldland and Hanham Abbots both in the parish of Bitton, and the west by the out-parish of St Philip & Jacob, Bristol. The river Avon marks the southern boundary and the old division between the counties of Gloucestershire and Somerset.”

I've found them on the 1891 census

Living at Summerhill Road, St George, Barton Regis, Gloucestershire

Three children Alice, Gilbert and Fred.  Charles is a stone mason.
