I am researching my family tree and I have hit a brick wall I have Joseph Hudson 1724
Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, England.
His parents are Edward and Helen, that's all I can find I don't know where they were from or how old they were or hellen`s maiden name. Can anybody please help me find out any information that would be able to help me research further thank you

Unable to find a marriage but I did find baptisms, which may help others.
Hudson baptised Uttoxeter, father Edward mother Helen/Hellen/Ellen
Soloman 1716, Edward 1721, Joseph 1724, Hellen 1726.
Colin
Clarke, Trickett, Orton, Lawless, Norton, Detheridge, Kirby, Goodfellow, Wagstaff, Lowe, etc.

Welcome to Rootschat Chuck!
Have you seen the will of Joseph Hudson 1776 who lived in Uttoxeter?
This might give some clues.
It should be on findmypast. If you don't have a subscription, local libraries often do, and you can view them there, and download them.
I looked at the indexes on The Lichfield Names Index
https://www.staffsnameindexes.org.uk/default.aspx?PageIndex=1&Index=C&LastName=hudson&Place=&YearFrom=1680&YearTo=1780&Part=0&County=0&Gender=0&Occupation=#searcharea
There doesn't seem to be a will for an Edward Hudson at Uttoxeter, but of course he may not still be there when he died.
There is one for an Edward Hudson 1740 at Lapley, which is about 20 miles away I believe;
2 more Joseph Hudsons, one in 1701, and another in 1729, both at Adderley about 12 miles away.
It might be worth checking through the index of all the other Hudson wills too.
Good luck with your searching.
