I am after information on "Barbara Brown" born 1908 father "William Stanley  Alston Brown"
Barbara was born in Bristol there is a lot of information on her father not much on Barbara.

Barbara was a Golf Champion and got her pilot certificate  she may have used it for the second
World war.

There's a newspaper announcement of her marriage in Copenhagen on 14 September 1939 to Carl Vilhelm Albert Jorgensen. ( Western Daily Press - 23 September 1939)

She got her pilot's licence on 20th January 1937.  Her picture is also showing for the licence.  Born 7th March, 1908.  (Birth date different by 2 days)

IGI has a Carl Vilhelm Albert Jorgensen born 17th June 1917, in Danish censuses, which would make him 9 years younger than her.  He lives in Udbygade, which is part of Copenhagen, so correct area.

Florence Mary Brown of 9 Tyndall Avenue Bristol died in 1966,  Probate to Jack Raymond Brown, solicitor, and Minnie Woodey, spinster.
Same address as her husband in 1952, and same solicitor, J R Brown.
