Welcome to Rootschat Wheelermo  :D

Rootschat is for tracing ancestors rather than living persons.  It is not permitted to name living people.

Have you tried googling the name at all?  It is unlikely that he or his mother will see this post.

What about checking the electoral rolls for any of them.  You say nothing about where they could be nor what sort of age these people are.

Hi

Google/DuckDuck your brothers name and "New York", for a start.     :-)
Set up a catalogued Google search to give you a once per day email of the results ( for Ralph/Bridget/Jason ) ?

Ok so one assumes that your half brother is also in the USA?  Have you tried Facebook or Twitter or any other social media organisation?

Is his surname going to be Labarge or could it be something else?

For Jason or Bridget to see your post, they need to read it.  They are not going to read anything that is titled 'My half brother'

If your father has died then if you want someone to find your post on an internet search, you would be better to use his name e.g. 'Joe Bloggs - missing son?'

Was Ralph born around 1928 in Michigan?

Is the surname Labarge or LaBarge?

There is a J Labarge mentioned in the United States Public Records living in Warren, Michigan, year is 2005

Have you tried tracing his mother?
