Cause of Death?

Hi All,

What does this Cause of Death say please?
Pyaemia
Focus?
Undermined?
I know what pyaemia is but what would focus undermined mean?  ???

The first word looks like pyaemia, which is blood poisoning, known as sepsis nowadays, I believe.

It might be focus undetermined written a bit lazily
Which would make sense with the Pyaemia. I.e. he had it and it killed him, but they didn’t know the source

I would agree with that, also the duration was 1 Month.

Googling "Pyaemia Focus Undermined" results in several medical articles using the terms Focus and Undermined in a medical technical sense.

So Undermined is the intended word to describe the condition.
