In 1861 the family lived at Sandy Common Hartlebury RG9 2110 Folio 77 Page 16
John born Croft Herefordshire and Elizabeth born Kinlett, Shropshire.

Can anyone see the birth of Joseph and marriage between Joseph's parents, John Berry and Elizabeth?

June 1839 West Bromwich where Thomas Berry and Elizabeth Sheldon are on the same page.

FindMyPast has Thomas/Elizabeth in West Bridgford Notts. FreeBMD has them in West Brom.

Elizabeth Davies sounds promising as they lived close by for over 20 years. Elizabeth's birth given as Kinlet (Shropshire) in the census 51/61 which confuses things

The 1861 census is under "Lory" where I am looking and has an Elizabeth 3 months?

No mothers name for her so perhaps she belonged to Mary.

Sorry, I posted a reply before I read the last post. I think Bedwardine is in Worcester. John was born in Herefordshire. so Maybe.??

I wondered about Elizabeth born 1861. As you say, probably Mary's.
