Do you have an address for her.

The death reg gives Derby reg district which covers these places
https://www.ukbmd.org.uk/reg/districts/derby.html

Have you tried searching local newspapers, she may have been cremated.

You have several threads about searching for graves all with similar headings.  It is best if you put the name in the heading so we know who you are looking for before opening the post

Born 1894?   Do you know where her husband was buried?  Have you done a local search of Derby cemeteries/crematoria to see what was available?  Have you got her death certificate for last address?

I can't readily see Edith Pealing, born 1894, living in Bark/Barker Street, Derby in the 1939 Register.  Address search shows no Bark/Barker Street in Derby CB.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Newspaper reports for their sons wedding in 1939 give address as 89 Park Street

ADDED Another report in 1946 mentions 99 Park St - George was selling cloth without the surrender of clothing coupons
