Park Street it is, and surname transcribed as PEALINGS

But that address was c1939 and she did not die until 1986. 

Her husband died in 1963, she could be living anywhere in Derby reg district when she died

Her death certificate would help in tracing where she is buried/cremated.  Or even George's certificate, as there is always the assumption that they are together.

Yes, I checked online newspapers which is where the information that I gave earlier about their addresses came from.
