Agreed - Ellen daughter of Barnet Parry and Ann Owen, born 23 Apr 1887 at Llanidan. Although in the 1939 register Ellen Williams, wife of Ebenezer Williams, has d.o.b. 4 Dec 1887 - and Ebenezer Williams has d.o.b. 30 Oct 1886, not 30 Nov 1885. But his death registration, as Ebenezer Morris Williams, Ynys Mon, 25, 0723, A,M,J 1974 agrees with 30 Nov 1885. (Why are so many dates of birth on the 1939 register apparently incorrect?)

Anglesey - Thomas:
Bodedern, Heneglwys, Llanfair-yn-Neubwll.
Anglesey - Jones:
Llanfaethlu, Llanfair-yn-Neubwll, Rhoscolyn.
Anglesey - Parry:Llanfair-yn-Neubwll.
Anglesey - Lewis:Llanbadrig.
Anglesey - Willins & Tyran/Tyrer

Caernarvonshire - Evans and Lewis:Llanberis.

Denbighshire - Jenkins:Llandynan, Llantysilio, Cerrigydrudion.
Denbighshire - Jones:Rhos, Ruabon.
Denbighshire - Jones:Henllan

Flintshire - Mathews:Northop

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that my grandfathers sister (Margaret Jane Williams) married Thomas Parry (son of Barnett Parry - a stonemason) on 30 June 1911 at Llanidan. At the time Thomas was 31, a widower, occupation Game Keeper  - he lived at Porthamel Lodge. Margaret was 37 a spinster - as far as I am currently aware, they had no children.

Margaret died 29 December1950 at Glantreath Bach, Trefdraeth, Llanidan and I believe Thomas died  in 1952.

I have not investigated Thomas Parry's earlier marriage.

Alan

Hi,

Just realised that I also have information on Thomas Parry's first wife.

She was Jane Williams born in 1873, married in 1902 (Caernarvon) and died 16 December 1908 in Llanidan. A daughter Jane Parry was born and died the same day, so probably Jane died in childbirth.

Wow,
Thanks again Gadget and Alan. I'll put all that into my tree.
Its my partners side of the family. She has Parry on her fathers side, who I'm struggling with too...
Cheers
Richard

If it's any consolation, I can't get back any further than late 1700s  with my Parrys, either.
They're Denbighshire ones though!
