I am now looking at Louise's mother and have also come up again a problem.
Her mother was born Charlotte Watton in 1859 in Aston, nr Birmingham.
HER parents were Thomas Watton (b.1825 Yardley, Worcs) and Emma Britton (b.1829, B'ham).
When Thomas Watton died in 1861, Emma married Thomas Morris in 1862, with whom she had  Emma Morris, b.1863 and Henry Morris, b.1865.
Her daughter Charlotte (b.1859) married George Lowe in 1878 (B'ham) and had 7 children with him. When George died in 1902, Charlotte married William Lane (b.1865, B'ham). This marriage certificate can be seen on line in Ancestry.
The problem arises in the 1911 census, when Charlotte is living at 12 Ash Rd, Saltley, B'ham with 3 of her children from her first marriage, Henry, Maud and Louisa Lowe, but she is now Charlotte Morris, married 7 years previously. Her husband is Henry Morris who fits all the criteria of her half brother!
I can find no death for William Lane and am at a loss to explain what is going on. Can anyone help, please?

There's a possible death for a William Lane aged 44 in Aston in 1909.

Ancestry has a will for William Henry Lane died Dec 1909,probate to Charlotte Lane,widow.
This William Henry is the one probably given as 56years old!

Added:Found that William and his wife Charlotte on the 1901 census,so back to the 44 year old in previous post.

There is a problem with William Lane and Charlotte in 1901. Charlotte's first husband George Lowe didn't die till 1902. In the posting about Louise, 'Girl Guide' found Charlotte and George in Hunters Vale, Birmingham (from Family Search) with their 5 children. Have you looked at the 1911 census, Roger? That's where the mystery is.

I'm saying the 1901 William(he of the will) and Charlotte are a different couple and should be dismissed."Your" William may be the 44year old who dies in 1909.
I have seen the 1911,it's what I referred to as "later" in the earlier post!

If I have the right Henry Morris he married a Mary Hines in 1885. He names his father as Thomas a packing case maker. He is on the 1911 census with his family so the Henry Morris living with Charlotte is someone else.

Thanks for the clarification for William (of the will)! Too many people with the same name!
Great that you found a wife for Henry Morris (father Thomas, packing case maker). Glad to be able to eliminate him.
The only conclusion I can see is that William Lane and Henry Morris are the same person. Charlotte said the marriage to both men (one described on the marriage certificate and the other on the 1911 census) took place in 1904, and I can find no marriage between her and a Henry Morris. Could the enumerator have got the names wrong? Or could she have deliberately concealed her husband's real name, for what ever reason.  I guess we'll never know. But thank you so much for eliminating some of the options. As they don't appear to have had any children, it really doesn't make a difference to the lineage.

You are making things more complicated than they need to be.  It is far more likely that Charlotte and Henry were not married and have simply used the number of years married as a convenience, not wanting to divulge their private lives to all and sundry.
