Findmypast sub any offers going?
« on: Tuesday 10 December 19 11:06 GMT (UK) »
I have been doing genealogy for 6 months. I like Findmypast Uk. Anyone aware of any good subscription deals for this? Thank you.

You just need to keep an eye on the site. I would expect they will have offers over the Christmas \ New Year period.

They just had a good offer in November and I guess the take up on that will in part determine when the next offer is. Of course you could always be cheeky and email them and ask them to keep you informed of offers as at least that is showing an interest and who knows what may come of it.

Good luck.
James Stott c1775-1850. James was born in Yorkshire but where? He was a stonemason and married Elizabeth Archer (nee Nicholson) in 1794 at Ripon. They lived thereafter in Masham. If anyone has any suggestions or leads as to his birthplace I would be interested to know. I have searched for it for years without success. Thank you.

I was given an annual sub as a Christmas present years ago; I have renewed it every year at a discounted price.  :)

I didn't think FindMyPast gave as many offers as Ancestry? They tend to reward loyal customers with a discount each year, I think I got 15% off last time.
