If the Mablethorpe WH details were obtained from the British Archives - anybody looking for that info must have had a surname - otherwise how would they know who to look for?

It can't have been Coupland so what surname were they looking for and what surname was the WH record under?  What year was the entry?

It just have her adopted parents names, it was dated 1928. I've no idea how Maggie's Granddaughter found it.
