I would really love to find her on record around 1915 but I've searched and nothing is coming up

Very interesting story

Don't rule out any Winifred's or maud.s
It's quite usual for people to have an official name and be known by one of the middle names by family.

Sometimes husband's preferred their wives middle names .

Especially if she didn't like the first of her baptism names or had a relative with same name . I had a great aunt Winifred who died young some of her neices born in 30's had Winifred as first or second name but dropped it because by 1940's it was unfashionable....
I think Maud is similar.
Whereas Louise is a trendier name

All the while, at 10 Baldwin Cottages
Alfred James Howard + Alice Emily Howard
Perhaps those two are just neighbours!

They may not have been just neighbours. Alfred born 1889 according to 1939 Register free index.
Alfred James could I think be a brother of Thomas John Howard who married Louisa Maud Winnifred Howes in 1917.

Marriage
Dec 1919 Staines 3a 4
Bullen, Alice E. - spouse Howard
Howard, Alfred J. - spouse Bullen

There seem to be some oddities in the census, but the birth reg of Alfred James ought to be March 1889, Eton, mother Williams.
As per older brother Frederick, registered Eton, Sep 1887.
Thomas John Howard, Dec 1883, Staines, mother Williams.

Presumably Thomas John and Louisa M W met and lived in Middlesex, but the marriage took place on her home patch.

What sort of record are you hoping to find for her between census. It is unlikely that she qualified to vote at that time so would not appear on an electoral register.

Beards Road in the 1930's is on this OS map
https://maps.nls.uk/view/103658558

Yes, Winifred Jones born 1916 is at number 11 in 1939 (free index) and it appears that her mother, who was then married to Mr. Howard, is at number 40 ;D
