The only marriage in the right time frame I can find is on 20 Oct 1730 to Mary Parsons - but its at St Martin in the Fields.
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

FindMyPast has more detail-  the marriage was by licence and William was of St Giles Cripplegate less than a mile from Queenhithe
