Anybody else having Family Search problems on Apple iPad?

About 3 IOS updates ago - I could no longer access FS.  Had no problems previously and thought it may have been corrected with the next update - but it hasn’t

If I input www.familysearch.org - I get the main page without problem

However - if I then select “Search” then “Records” The search page loads then fades out.  It then reloads and fades again then the following message appears

A problem repeatedly occurred on https://www.familysearch.org/search/.  In the URL it shows Web page crashed

iPad is running IOS 13.3 which is the latest update

I haven’t had any issues either with the latest version or the two previous

My latest update was 12.4.4 on (1st Gen Air) and family search is running ok.  Although I tried it on an older iPad (3rd Gen IPad) which was running 9.3.5 and family search couldn’t even load.

Think I may have to contact Apple.  Everything else works without problem except FS

Don’t use family search much but have just tried on my ipad and it’s fine (13.3).

I have been having problems with FindMyPast on my ipad though - before and after the update - as (1) it keeps asking me to log in, and (2) empties a search after i have filled in the details. 🙄

Presume you have tried turning it off, clearing cookies etc.

Could kick myself.  Just decided to have another look at Safari and I have AdGuard which is a content blocker.  I turned off all six sections and FS loaded fine and I could use it.

I now need to go through AdGuard one section at a time to see which part is blocking FS

Why didn’t I think of that a few months ago??

Turned them back on one at a time and the problem was with the section AdGuard General.  The other 5 sections caused no problems with access to FS

A lesson learned!

Any idea how to clear cookies on an ipad? Having had issues with ancestry and FindMyPast i use firefox as well as the default safari but haven’t found how to clear cookies on either. 🤔
