Finding siblings of Michael Curneen
« on: Thursday 26 December 19 09:40 GMT (UK) »
My Curneen tree has tapered back to one sole person, Michael Curneen, born Keeloges, Glenade 1812 died 1893. I have his entire family down to present day but have never been able to find any of his siblings. What records or technique can I use to find family, his father was Bryan and mother Honor.

Did you find his Baptism in any Church Register and looked for siblings?

With a birth in 1812, I don't think it would exist, would it? I've only found his death and cannot establish a marriage as I don't know his wifes maiden name. I just know she was Mary.

Believe me I have been looking for several years now for clues with no luck. His marriage was pre 1841 when his eldest child Bryan was born.

I have found none of the childrens birth records either, I am working from only marriage and death records to establish approx age. The birth span years 1841 (Bryan) -1859 (Peter's birth) but I've never found any as I have no clue on his mother's maiden name.
