Although Charles Edward Parker was born in Dundee, his parents were not (I was looking to see if I could get back to Penketh):
1861 living in Forgan, Fife

I've since discovered that it's not the same Parker family.
The one I'm looking for lived at 3 Heath Road on the 1911 Census. My great grandfather, Josiah Parker, seems to have worked at the tannery.

I still keep thinking of Warrington as Cheshire despite knowing it was Lancashire when I was growing up!
