With the mother been Davies & farther Rogerson and living in Conwy makes me think!! Could this child be my Dads brother no one knew about

Looks to me like the same birth registered twice.
There wouldn't have been time for another pregnancy between the two registration events.

It's a birth in late 1928 and a death in early 1929.  Could be the same child.

The GRO website confirms the age at death as 0 years.  If I were you I'd spend 7 pounds on a PDF of the death cert.
