Would appreciate an opinion please.

Pam's mother is Margaret and her father is Joseph. Joseph's sister Ellen's daughter Lavinia married Margaret's brother Leonard. :D

What is Pam's relationship to the offspring of Leonard & Lavinia?

They are of course related twice over.

Lavinia is Pam's cousin on her father's side (Pam's father Joseph and Lavinia's mother Ellen are bro and sis).   So Pam is a cousin once removed of the offspring of L & L via their mother.

Leonard is Pam's uncle on her mother's side (her mother's sisterbrother) so Pam is a straight first cousin of the offspring of L & L via their father.

Rutter, Sampson, Swinerd, Head, Redman in Kent.  Others in Cheshire, Manchester, Glos/War/Worcs.
