Unknown coats of arms Abraham Woodhead Yorkshire

Please help identify the below coat of arms found on an ancestors tomb. Died 1678. He was:
- Abraham Woodhead
- author of Catholicism
- born in meltham, Yorkshire
- buried at st Pancras old church
- was private tutor to duke of Buckingham and Earl of Essex

Doesn't answer your question re. "coat of arms" but had you found? -

John Le Neve's "Monumenta Anglicana", published 1719, has
"In St Pancras Churchyard in Middlesex
A W
Obijt Maiij4  A.D. 1678"

followed by 7 lines in Latin. (I am assuming you have this wording).

In addition le Neve states -

"An. Dom 1678
The following Inscription was composed in order to have been engraved on a fair Cenotaph Monument to have been erected in the Chapel belonging to University College in Oxford, in honour of Mr Abraham Woodhead, who lies buried in St Pancras Church
"

Then follow 36 lines of Latin.

Was this "fair Cenotaph" erected?
