Manchester Trade Directories - early C19th
« on: Sunday 05 January 20 15:03 GMT (UK) »

Hello
Does anyone have access to Manchester Trade Directories from the early 1800s ?
I am looking for a watch and clockmaker Charles Booth who lived in Long Millgate until 1802 and then Oldham Street till c1809.  Any note of him between then and c1813 would be most useful.
Happy to return favour for Scottish research - i'm based in Edinburgh

regards

There is a gap in the online directories 1797-1821.
Ive checked online ratebooks - but again there are gaps...
