Elizabeth Smallacombe

Hi,
I am trying to find the death record of the above. She was baptised in Holbeton 1774. She had family in Plympton and Plymouth. She is on the 1851 census with her grandson John Horn and his family.
Any help would be great, thanks. Incidentally,the surname is often mistranscribed

Sadly the GRO Index lists this Elizabeth as age 18

That one died age 18 - so not yours!

Thanks, certainly not the lady aged 73, as my relative was down as 79 on the 1851. The other lady seems too old at 91 ,but ages can get misconstrued ,certainly back then. I haven’t got a Tavistock link in the family though.

An age at death was given to the Registrar by the informant - to the best of their knowledge.
And they were often wrong!

Tavistock refers to the Registration District in which the death occurred.
