Seeking information on the parents of George Arthur Martin CHOAK born in the Heston District in 1866 and may have been baptised at Mawgan in Meneage.

his birth registration march qtr 1866 Helston vol 5c pg 262 has - for mother's maiden name so probably illegitimate. He is enumerated as grandson on the 1871 & 1881 census so you may have to get his birth cert to be sure.
Baptisms have been transcribed for that period for the opc database but no sign of a baptism for him in the established church.

the Martin in his name may be a clue to his father's name, but at least you'll know which of Ann's daughters is his mother.
